At Hicopia, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we offer refunds, exchanges, and replacements for eligible items.

Refund Process

Ship the Item Back – Send it to our return center (address provided in the RMA email).

Refund Issued – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
2. Exchange Policy

3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

Do Not Discard – Keep all packaging and take clear photos/videos of the issue.

Fast Resolution – We’ll either:

Send a free replacement immediately (no return needed for low-cost items).

Provide a prepaid return label for high-value items before shipping a new one.

Note: For missing parts, we may ship the missing components instead of a full replacement.
