At Hicopia, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we offer refunds, exchanges, and replacements for eligible items.

    • Photos/videos of the issue (if applicable).

  2. Return Approval – We’ll review and provide a Return Authorization (RMA) if eligible.

  3. Ship the Item Back – Send it to our return center (address provided in the RMA email).

  4. Refund Issued – Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Do Not Discard – Keep all packaging and take clear photos/videos of the issue.

  2. Report Within 7 Days – Email service@hicopia.com with:

    • Order number.

    • Photo/video evidence.

  3. Fast Resolution – We’ll either:

    • Send a free replacement immediately (no return needed for low-cost items).

    • Provide a prepaid return label for high-value items before shipping a new one.

Note: For missing parts, we may ship the missing components instead of a full replacement.
